under the watchful eye of our highly acclaimed
Chef: Geoff Betts, our menu is complimented
by a superb wine list which is reviewed on a
monthly basis keeping up to date with new and
exciting wines as well as providing a extensive
fine wine list to suit the wine connoisseurs
amongst our guests.
All the ingredients of our
menu are locally produced, and specials alter
daily. Manx specialities are included in our
menus, Manx Queen scallops, crabs, kippers and
lobsters, can be found along side Loughtan lamb,
tender Manx beef and pork. Summer fruits, including
Manx strawberries and raspberries are full of
flavour.
The Bistro “Landlords” is
open daily between 12 noon and 2.30pm and again
in the evenings from 6.00pm. If you would prefer
a bar snack these are available in the bar areas
the same periods.
